Wo! Show & Tell

Hear Come The Girls | 14 March | 7.45pm | £8

Kicking things off, The Sargeant & Kavuma Project curate a poetry and spoken word showcase featuring Tolu Agbelusi, Bow Promise, Delicia Elliott, Diamantina, Just Jumi, Miss Jacqui, Poetic Jemz, Rara, Samuel King, and You & Me.

Highlights later in the week…

Dreams of a Life | 15 March | 7.15pm | £4

They Say: “Would anyone miss you? Nobody noticed when Joyce Vincent died in her bedsit above a shopping mall in North London in 2003. Her body wasn’t discovered for three years, surrounded by Christmas presents she had been wrapping, and with the TV still on. Newspaper reports offered few details of her life– not even a photograph.”

Sticky Digits – An Audience With Pamela DeMenthe | 18 March | 8pm | £8

They Say: “Frampton-on-Severn’s finest self published erotica author shares with an audience the secrets of her literary success and invites fans to hear a reading of her latest scorcher Sticky Digits.”

Jayde Adams – Jayde 31 | 18 March | 9pm | £8

They Say: “Jayde Adams is these days ‘a fearless force of nature.’ But she didn’t used to be. She used to have no friends, no confidence, cared too much about other people’s opinions and talk so much, no one knew what to do with her. She was always funny though.”

I am Joint Editor at To Do List. I like: nice pubs, film marathons, not doing real marathons, bad comedy, plays/musicals with shorter second halves, and the Oxford comma.
